All offerings include Silver level of support, where we maintain the health of your deployments, perform system upgrades, and proactively contact customers if issues arise.

All changes are logged and visible in the Audit log . For more details, check the documentation .

How to Reach Support #

To contact support, use the Contact Support button in the VictoriaMetrics Cloud UI.

We categorize support requests into three types:

  • Issues
  • Feature Requests
  • General Questions

Common reasons to reach out: #

  • Troubleshoot issues with deployments, or writing/reading metrics and logs
  • Report potential bugs in VictoriaMetrics Cloud
  • Increase default quotas for allowed number of deployments
  • Request higher or custom tiers
  • Provide feedback
  • General questions about the functionality

Maintenance #

The VictoriaMetrics Cloud team handles the infrastructure and deployment maintenance. Upgrades and general maintenance tasks generally occur during a maintenance window, which you can set in your deployment settings.
